Buying a second hand or pre-owned car or van is fraught with pitfalls. If you aren’t a mechanical expert how can you be certain that your money will not be wasted on a car or van that simply breaks down immediately after you’ve purchased it?

The sales of cars has risen by a lot in January but is this because people are feeling the end of the recession or is something else at work?
The Reasons
The amount of sales have really gone up by a lot, 29.8% from the previous year but this will most likely be because the world’s motor industry was in a bit of a state this time last year. The recession has to be the cause of people not buying cars last year,it was not known what the recession would do so they were unprepared to spend money. (more…)

It would certainly seem that a snow day is likely to cause a lot more accidents that a normal day, and this is down to all of the people that just go into work when they shouldnt. How come there seem to be more accidents in the snow than there has been in a long time?
It would seem that the pain reason is because the snow has been so bad but it is the people on the roads that are causing the problems. (more…)

The latest development in GPS technology is here and companies are already putting it to good use. Previously most GPS or Sat Nav devices could give a driver information about their speed, geographical location, direction etc. New GPS tools however are a great deal more powerful and can send this information out to a receiving computer anywhere on earth, which is pretty neat. For people living inside the UK it has been a very tough year for looking into buying a new car, could this solve your problems. There are actually many companies at the moment who are refusing to take all of the prices down as they are syaing that the Pound is too bad.
This means that companies such as Ford are actually putting up their prices rather than decreasing them and they are set to raise them again this time a £10,000 car will now set you back a whopping £11,300 which is a major increase on the cost of a car. (more…)

Forza 3 was released in October and it seems fitting to start to talk about why this game is so good and what made it so.
Forza 3 is the higly anticipated follow up to the Forza games and features way over 400 cars from over 50 manufactures as well as having 100 tracks. The car detail in this game has been heavily improved upon with 10 times more polygons been put into each one since Forza 2. (more…)
